[Miller policy is you can not smoke on a bus. If you are going to have alcohol you must pay a $250.00 fully refundable damage/clean up deposit. If this has not been paid the driver will not allow alcohol on the coach. Red, grape and orange drinks are not allowed due to them staining the upholstery. Please make sure any other snacks and beverages are in re-sealable containers.]
[A driver can work a total of 15 hours on duty with 10 hours driving in any 24 hour period. When a driver reaches either the 10 or 15 hour maximum they are required by law to have at least 8 consecutive hours off duty before they can do any work or driving again.]

[Miller's Uniform Motor Carrier Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Certificate of Insurance for 5 million is on file with the State. In addition Miller carries excess liability of 5 million.]

[A deposit, as listed on your contract, is due within 14 days of receiving the contract. Failure to send the deposit will result in a cancellation of the charter. The deposit is refundable if your coach is cancelled 14 days in advance of your trip. Final balance is due 14 days prior to charter. (Trolley deposits are non-refundable).]
